This 15-minute meditation is best listened to while giving it peaceful attention.
Choose a quiet place and time where you can remain uninterrupted. Adjust the room temperature if necessary, and choose a comfortable chair or cushion to sit on. You can also lie down if you like. Make yourself comfortable and begin to focus on your breath.
